Yes, we welcome babies for titles which are rated G, PG, 12A, and 15A. But, we kindly ask that you keep other guest in mind. If your little one becomes restless, we ask you step outside for a moment until they have calmed down.

We recommend checking out our Baby on Board screenings in our Rathmines cinema, which are special screenings designed for parents & guardians to enjoy with their babies without worry of disturbing other guests. In addition, these special screenings have been adapted for the comfort of little ones in mind and include dimmed lighting and reduced volume. For more information, please visit our Baby on Board page here.

While, typically, little ones under two years old are admitted for free, if your child prefers the independence of their own seat, you’ll be asked to buy a Child Ticket.

Films & Schedule

We understand that a visit to Stella can be a big night out or a special occasion, and you want to plan in advance. We always list our films and screening times online as soon as they are confirmed. We don’t have a set date or time these are listed, but we typically have a full schedule about two weeks in advance.

On the other hand, if we expect a film to be very popular or highly anticipated, we may list screenings several weeks before release.

We would advise keeping an eye on our website, social media pages, or newsletters for any updates or announcements about our upcoming schedule.

If you are interested in making a larger group booking (15+ guests), please email us at rathmines@stellacinemas.ie or ranelagh@stellacinemas.ie depending on where you would like to book.
